Divine Encounter with Pure Soul

Hare Krishna,

gaṅgara paraśa haile paścāte pāvana
darśane pavitra kara-ei tomāra guṇa

"After bathing in the waters of the sacred Ganges many times, one becomes purified, but just by the sight of you, the fallen souls are purified. This is your great power"

This song was sang by Srila Narottama Das Thakur glorifying the pure devotees of Lord. In this age of kali its very hard to find people in mode of goodness then what to speak of encountering vaishnavas. Everyone knows the potency of mother Ganges that if someone takes a dip into the water  becomes purified but the vaishnavas are so powerful and they have so much potential that just by seeing, the fallen souls can be delivered from the entanglement of this material world.

On 22nd May 2012, I was in Office busy with one client visit.  Everybody was well dressed in suites and working whole day enthusiastically. I was trying to contemplate that In today's world everyone try to present themselves totally opposite what actually they are. When the client visited our office everyone was looking so enthusiastic and all face were glowing including me. But at the same time in our Hare Krishna movement everyone is enthusiastic and present themselves what they are actually trying to become.  Devotees are not enthusiastic for any material pleasure. Everyone is or trying to become enthusiastic for the pleasure of Sri Guru and Gauranga. Really wonderfull and rare in this kali yuga.

Due to lot of work, since long I could not check my mobile for any message. After 6 pm we all were relaxed and everyone was leaving for the day. Usually I leave from office at 8pm but that day I left at 7:30 pm which was early than other days. On the way going home  I checked my phone and saw message from HG Vedanta Chaitanya prabhu Ji.

Message text " Hare krsna pr, Guru Maharaj is coming to Greater Kailash, if u wish to take darshan, u can come"

I immediately started planning to go. I called pr ji and he said that he is coming to visit some doctor in GK. He sent me the address with contact number. I called the clinic and tried to visualize the location.I estimated the time I would take for reaching there. I ran my Activa towards the location. after passing few minutes I received pr ji's message saying that they are leaving in 10 minutes.

In official ours its very tough running your vehicle over the speed of 60. I was trying my best to reach there on time. While driving my scooter i was thinking how will i meet my Srila Gurudeva. Immediately my mind recalled one lecture given by HG Sunder Gopal Prji that whenever we come to temple or go to see our spiritual master, we should bring something as our offering.  It helps developing loving relationship. I decided to take one garland or at least one flower as my offering to Srila Gurudeva. So I bought one rose flower and reached to the clinic. Luckily i found this clinic very easily that really saved time and I saw one car parked with UP number. I was relaxed and went inside the clinic. I saw from outside that Guru Maharaj was diagnosed by a doctor and they were having conversation. Few minutes passed and Guru Maharaj came outside and I paid my obeisances to Srila Gurudeva. He smiled and asked about myself. I offered rose which he accepted very gently. he asked me about my family and then he asked me if I am regularly going to Delhi temple or not. He asked me how I will leave and I showed him my scooter. Then he moved towards his car and took his seat. While leaving he raised his lotus hands and said "Hari Bol".

After few seconds  his car was merged with Delhi traffic and I moved towards my home.  After meeting with him, I was really feeling relaxed and blissful. there was really a cooling effect after meeting him. Srila Narottama Das Thakur truly said that just by the sight of pure soul can deliver millions of fallen souls like me. After Guru Maharaj sight on me and my scooter both were blessed. I pray to Srila Gurudeva that I use at least this birth in his service. I am totally controlled by my senses and struggling to control them but unable to do so.

I really beg to Krishna that before I leave this body I render some service to my dear Guru Maharaj so that he may be pleased with me. That would be the success of my life.

vāñchā-kalpatarubhyaś ca kṛpā-sindhubhya eva ca
patitānāṁ pāvanebhyo vaiṣṇavebhyo namo namaḥ

I offer my respectful obeisances unto all the Vaiṣṇava devotees of the Lord. They are just like desire trees who can fulfill the desires of everyone, and they are full of compassion for the fallen conditioned souls.
